O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition of execution of sureties and the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.30950 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025, that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.15 of 2022 within a 1/4

period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw his share of Rs.52,000/- on filing undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the blood relatives of the petitioner herein is also arrayed as an accused in this case as A3 and A4, hence the petitioner is unable to execute blood sureties; that further, the petitioner is also unable to mobilize the fund of Rs.1,00,000/- to deposit in the Crime No.15 of 2022 as imposed on her by this Court, while granting anticipatory bail, hence prays to modify the aforesaid conditions.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made and the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.30950 of 2025 dated 13.11.2025, however the petitioner herein shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum to the 2/4

satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.
