The de-facto complainant/P.W.1, in S.C.No.113 of 2011, seeks leave to file this appeal against acquittal.

2. On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, it is seen that it is the contention of the petitioner that P.Ws.1, 2 and 10 were attacked and they have all deposed and there is ample evidence before the Trial Court to convict the accused.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons mentioned in the affidavit, leave is granted.
