O R D E R

Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, Salem District, to disburse the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- to the petitioner/de-facto complainant which was deposited by the bail petitioners/respondents 2 to 4 herein into the credit of Crime No.303 of 2025 as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 26650 of 2025, dated 26.09.2025.

2. The petitioner/de-facto complainant has not established any point that the petitioner/de-facto complainant is entitled to get the money deposited by the bail petitioners and without there being any legal provision in respect of this, this petition has been filed. 3.It is further submitted that the money is in the Court's custody, and if the same is invested in an interest bearing account, it would benefit the parties if the case is in their favour.

In view of the above submission made at Paragraph No.3, supra, I am of the view that a direction is to be issued to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, Salem District, to deposit the money into a Nationalised Bank's interest bearing account and periodically renew the same until the disposal of the case.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. 17.12.2025 MSM To 1.The Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, Salem District 2.The Inspector of Police Ethapur Police Station Salem District Crime No. 303 of 2025.
