ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, which presently stands in the name of the respondents 4 to 21. Since the aforesaid representation given by the petitioner has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 21 in this writ petition, notice to them is dispensed with. __________Page 3 of 6

3. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing objections if any from the respondents 4 to 21 as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta, which is presently standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 21, after hearing objections if any from the respondents 4 to 21 as well as any other party whom the official respondents deem fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs. W.M.P.No.56110 of 2025 is closed.
