This criminal miscellaneous petition is filed to modify the condition imposed at Para No.5(d) in the order dated 13.11.2025 in Crl.M.P. No. 21338 of 2025 in Crl.A. No. 1742 of 2025. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.

The condition imposed at Para No.5(d) of the order dated 13.11.2025 is modified as hereunder: ' The petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30a.m.' 4.

The petition is ordered accordingly.
