ORDER
The review application has been filed to review the order passed in CRP No.929 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, pointing out to the last sentence in Paragraph No7 of the order where this Court recorded that no steps were taken until 2021 when in I.A.No.226 of 2021 was filed, would state that the Interlocutory Application was filed even on 11.02.20219 and because of COVID Pandemic it could not be presented and these factors were not taken note of while disposing of revision.
3. I am unable to appreciate the contentions that are now projected in the review application for the simple reason that even in the same paragraph No.7, I have clearly noticed that the petitioner had entered appearance in the Execution Petition even in the year 2016 and thereafter he has not taken any steps, after having come to know about the exparte decree in the suit for specific performance. The mere fact that there is an error in recording that the application was filed only in 2021 does not in any manner affect the ultimate result in the revision petition. For all these reasons and discussion elaborately made in the order dated 28.11.2025, the grounds sought to be agitated in the review are not any errors apparent on the face of the record, warranting this court to review the order passed in CRP.No.929 of 2025 dated 28.11.2025.
4. In view of the above, there is no merit and the review application is dismissed.
