ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.2048 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025, in Paragraph No. 6(i) directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of crime No.66 of 2025 for return of the vehicle seized during the course of investigation in Crime No.66 of 2025 on the file of the respondent.

2/4 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court passed an order on 16.10.2025; that the petitioner has not complied with the condition as he is unable to deposit the sum of Rs.5,00,000/-; that the vehicle that was directed to be returned was kept idle in the police station and is subjected to vagaries of the weather; and that considering the nature of the offence, sought for modification of the said condition. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the request of the petitioner, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.R.C.No.2048 of 2025, dated 16.10.2025, in Paragraph No. 6(i) is modified as follows:

The petitioner is directed to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) with two sureties for the like sum and shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of crime No.66 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
