ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed in para 3(d) of Crl.M.P.No.18613 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1944 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and has been reporting before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Puducherry, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

3. Considering the above submission that the petitioner has been

complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in para 3(d) of Crl.M.P.No.18613 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1944 of 2025 dated 07.10.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Puducherry, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until disposal of the revision, is relaxed. The petitioner is now directed to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every English calendar month until further orders. All other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
