For Petitioner : Mr.S.Sriram in both CRPs for Mr.S.Veeraraghavan C O M M O N O R D E R These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District, to dispose of the Execution Petitions in E.P.Nos.15 and 16 of 2025.

2. The revision petitioner is the decree holder. The revision petitioner has filed Execution Petitions in E.P.Nos.15 and 16 of 2025 before the Additional District Court, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District, seeking attachment and sale of the immovable properties belonging to the respondents/judgment debtors. The said Execution Petitions were filed in March 2025 for executing the decree dated 09.10.2024.

3. The grievance of the revision petitioner is that the respondents/judgment debtors are attempting to alienate the immovable properties sought to be attached and sold in the execution proceedings. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the Hon'ble Supreme Court 2/4

of India, in Rahul S. Shah vs. Jinendra Kumar Gandhi and others, reported in (2021) 6 SCC 418, has issued directions to ensure that execution petitions are disposed of within a period of six months.

4. In the light of the above directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Rahul S. Shah's case cited supra, this Court is inclined to allow these Civil Revision Petitions. Notice to the respondents/judgment debtors is dispensed with, as no prejudice would be caused to them by this order, which merely directs the Executing Court to dispose of the execution petitions expeditiously on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Additional District Court, Arani, Tiruvannamalai District, is directed to dispose of E.P.Nos.15 and 16 of 2025 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.03.2026.

5. With the above directions, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
