This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to restore the W.P.No.35014 of 2012, which was dismissed on 27.10.2025 for nonprosecution.
2. Upon perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition and after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is satisfied that the petitioner has sufficient cause for not prosecuting the writ petition.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The order dated 27.10.2025 passed in W.P.No.35014 of 2012 is hereby set aside and the writ petition is restored to file. Page Nos.2/4
