This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.20793 of 2025, dated 25.11.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the learned Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Salem daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein had undergone open-heart surgery and suffering from medical ailments, hence, he was unable to comply with the aforesaid condition imposed on him, hence he prays to modify the aforesaid condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.20793 of 2025, dated 25.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall report before the learned Special Judge for EC and NDPS Act Cases, Salem on every Monday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
