2. Heard both sides. The learned standing counsel appearing for the proposed 4th respondent has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment and post the writ petition on 25.02.2026 for filing counter.
