Aggrieved by the order of the learned Single Judge in W.P. No. 10716 of 2008 dated 30.09.2010, the present writ appeal has been preferred by Erode District Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Limited, Erode. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a batch of writ appeals in W.A. Nos. 1001 to 1006 of 2013 filed by the Management challenging the very same order have been dismissed vide order dated 20.12.2013 by the First Bench of this Court. It is submitted that the issue involved in the present writ appeal is also covered by the said judgment.

In view of the judgment of the First Bench of this Court dismissing the writ appeals filed by the appellant Management in connected matters by order dated 20.12.2013, this writ appeal also stands dismissed. 2\4

No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
