..Respondent(s) Prayer: To amend the prayer as Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating the common proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 15.11.2023 issued in Na.Ka.No.1613/2017/E1 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 particularly 1st and 3rd respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date of their completion of

3 years NMRS Service in the category of sanitary worker and water supply employees along with service and monetary benefits as per G.O.(D) No. 158 and 609 MAWSS Department dated 01.08.2025 and 17.10.2025 or to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to regularise the services of the petitioner from the date of their completion of 10 years service in the category of sanitary workers and water supply employees as per the Full Bench decision of this Honble Court dated 26.02.2024 rendered in WP.No. 23823 of 2023 or at least to direct the Respondent 1 to 3 to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date of their absorption in the 3rd respondent corporation (25.10.2011) along with all service and monetary benefits, INSTEAD OF EXISTING PRAYER Calling for the records relating the common proceedings of the 3rd Respondent dated 15.11.

2023 issued in Na Ka. No. 1613/2017/E1 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 particularly 3rd respondent to regularize the services of the petitioners from the date absorption in the 3rd respondent corporation (25-10-2011) along with all service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

The present petition is filed to amend the prayer in W.P.No.15614 of 2024.

3.Accordingly, the present Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The respondents are directed to file a counter to the amended petition. 4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the Writ Petition on 17.07.2026.
