respondents Bank under the garb of collecting the balance loan amount or from contacting the petitioner through phone calls under the guise of reminding him of his obligations to repay the alleged balance loan amount, except by following the due process of law.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to forbear the respondents from harassing the petitioner and his family members in any manner under the guise of collecting the balance loan amount.

2. According to the petitioner, under the pretext of loan recovery, the respondent bank has been harassing him by sending agents to his residence.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also brought to the notice of the Court that the Legal Services Committee, Mayiladuthurai, has issued a notice dated 11.12.2025, to the petitioner to appear before the Legal Services Authority, Mayiladuthurai on 24.12.2025.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Lok Adalat for exploring the possibility of settlement. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
