The learned counsel for the respondent claimant submitted that prior to filing the present CMA, the appellant has deposited the entire award amount and the same was withdrawn by the claimants and to that effect, the respondents have filed memo on 15.10.2016 vide M.P.No.59/2016 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.
