The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.132 of 2025, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTN20240002066C202600007, before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Puducherry, on 06.01.2026. 3.
