JUDGMENT

Today, when the matter is called for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants 1, 4 and 5 died and in spite of his best efforts, he was not able to get any instructions in this regard. 2/4

It is seen that already this Court has given sufficient opportunities to the learned counsel for the appellants for taking steps for the deceased appellants and finally the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he could not get instructions with regard to the deceased appellants. Therefore, these Second Appeals stand dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
