This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioner/proposed appellants 9 to 12 herein as legal representative of deceased 1st appellant.

2. Mr.Muthumani Doraisami, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending appeal, the 1st appellant died on 15.11.2017. Hence, to imlead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 1st appellant is impleaded as appellants 9 to 12 in the above Second Appeal.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 01.08.2023 for arguments.

5. So far as the petition filed seeking to implead 18th respondent in C.M.P.No. 19151 of 2017 is concerned, the learned counsel for appellants seeks time for filing objections, if any.
