Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition (Criminal) is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2025 seeking necessary directions to the police authorities of other districts to refrain from conducting any inspection, enquiry, or investigation in relation to petitioner's lawful manufacturing and trading activities without prior coordination and permission from the local police having territorial jurisdiction and also to ensure that petitioner is permitted 1/4
to continue his business operations peacefully in accordance with law; and to take appropriate preventive action against officials engaging in harassment or illegal gratification.
