ORDER
The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 22.09.2025 for an offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(1), 25 of NDPS Act 1985, in Crime No.393 of 2025 on the file of the respondent
police seeks bail.
2.The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners along with other accused were found in possession of 21 kgs of ganja. Hence, the case. 3.The earlier bail application of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31726 of 2025 for the following reasons:
"6.Considering the quantity of the contraband seized from the petitioners is a commercial quantity and rigours of Section 37 of NDPS Act is applicable to this case and no grounds were made out for satisfying twin conditions of Section 37 of NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions:
7.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."
4. Since, this is the second bail application, there is no change in circumstances, this Court would not be entertained this application.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
