This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to file the final report in Crime No.329 of 2024, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in C202500621, before the learned Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore, on 21.11.2025.
