This petition is filed to condone the delay of 373 days in filing the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation Page No.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

CRL MP No. 555 of 2026 and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this petition stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.

4. On payment of cost and production of proof thereof, the Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of the learned counsel for the respondent at the time of admission.
