ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 109, 125, 351(3) r/w 3(5) of BNS in Crime No.735 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail.

2. The prosecution case is that the petitioners herein joining hands with other accused waylaid the defacto complainant, the others attacked him with knife and other deadly weapons caused severe injuries. Hence complaint has been lodged after admitting the victim in this hospital.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners herein is not named in the FIR and falsely implicated in this case. and they are ready to cooperate with the investigation and hence, prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. il to the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner herein is also involved in the occurrence and attacked the injured and totally three persons sustained injuries and the petitioner is also having seven previous case, out of which, three are similar in nature and hence opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. .Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that though injured is alleged to have discharged from the hospital and considering the bad antecedents, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
