The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS read with 1/4

Section 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957 in Crime No.335 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioners is that these petitioners illegally quarrying and transporting 36 Metric tons of sand in two tipper lorries and on seeing the Competent Officers, the petitioners stopped the vehicle and ran away from there. Hence, the case. 3.This Court earlier dismissed the petitioners'anticipatory bail on 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31654 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petitioners is illegally quarried 36 Metric tons of sand in two tipper lorries and also damaged the ecology and, if the anticipatory bail is granted, he will indulge in similar activities, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
