O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNS read with 1/4

Section 21(1) of Mines & Minerals ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.335 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was found in illegal transportation of 36 metric tons of sand in two tipper lorries. Hence, the complaint.

3.This Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail on 20.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.31654 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petitioner is illegally quarried 36 metric tons of sand in two tipper lorries and also damaged he ecology and if the anticipatory bail is granted, he will indulge in similar activities, hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
