This Civil Revision Petition is directed against the fair and decretal order passed in R.E.P.No.71 of 2005 in O.S.No.659 of 1996 dated 09.07.2014 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tirupattur.

This Civil Revision Petition was listed "for admission" on 02.11.2018 and at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to 08.11.2018, Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter "for admission". Again when the matter was listed "for admission" on 21.06.2021, at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned to today. Thus, this Civil Revision Petition is pending for the past 3 years without even ordering notice for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter and as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Civil Revision Petition after 3 years.
