Order This Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his representation dated 05.02.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. The petitioner had submitted a representation dated 05.02.2024 seeking for survey and demarcation of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the private respondents, viz., fifth and sixth respondents, notice to them is dispensed with in this Writ Petition by this Court. 2/4

5. No prejudice will be caused to the official respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the fifth and respondents as well as any other party, whom, the fourth respondent deems fit to enquire. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the fourth respondent is directed to issue notice to the fifth and sixth respondents and also to any other party, whom, the fourth respondent deems it fit to enquire.

b) After receiving objections, if any, and after considering the same, the fourth respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

No Costs.
