ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online application dated 29.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.By virtue of the documents produced along with this writ petition, the petitioner claims that he is entitled for issuance of separate patta for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner had submitted an online application with the respondents on 29.09.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's online application, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any

and any other third party whom the first respondent deems fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's online application dated 29.09.2025 seeking for issuance of separate patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners if any and any other third party whom the second respondent deems fit to enquire. No costs.
