ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The grievance, as ventilated through this petition, is that despite the order passed by the District Collector way back on 21.03.2025, the TASMAC shops in question are not being relocated.

3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 and 5 assures the Court that necessary steps, in compliance of the order of the District Collector, would be taken within a period of two weeks.

4. Placing on record the said undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
