ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of O.S.No.24 of 2024, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The petitioner herein /plaintiff filed the above said suit seeking delivery of vacant possession from the respondent/defendant and also for recovery of rental arrears. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and issues were framed as early as on 03.02.2025. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit and trial not yet commenced.

3. Taking into consideration that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and issues were framed as early as on 03.02.2025, this court is inclined to direct the learned Principal Sub Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.24 of 2024 pending on his file as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
