(i) After the name of Sita Devi Gupta, viz the 4th Respondent/4th Defendant in A.No.1579 of 2024, insert the words Since Deceased, (i) Amend line No.6 of Paragraph No.6 of the order dated 18/09/2025 passed in A.No.1579 of 2024 by inserting the words except the 7th Respondent/8th Defendant after the words grounds to the respondents/Defendants.

ORDER
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the applicants would submit that in the cause title of the A.No.1579 of 2024, the death of the 4th respondent has not been recorded, since the Legal heirs of the deceased 4th respondent viz. Sita Devi Gupta are already on record as respondents 6, 8, 9 and 10, the death of the 4th respondent has to be reflected in the cause title of the order passed in A.No.1579 of 2024 dated 18.09.2025. __________Page 3 of 6
Therefore, after the name of the 4th respondent (died) has to be included in the cause title of the order passed in A.No.1579 of 2024 dated 18.09.2025. 2.Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court, that in paragraph No.6 of the order passed in the application in A.No.1579 of 2024, the last line has to be corrected as the respondents 1 to 3, 5, 6, 8 to 10 / defendants 2 to 4, 6, 7, 9 to 11.
3. Other side has no objection in correcting the same in the order passed in A.No.1579 of 2024 dated 18.09.2025.
4.According to the respondents, the 4th respondent viz. Sita Devi Gupta, during her life time itself, had executed a settlement deed in respect of her share in favour of the 6th respondent. Since, this Court had already passed the final decree based on the preliminary decree, now this application is filed only to correct the typographical error that has crept in the order passed in A.No.1579 of 2024 dated 18.09.2025. Therefore, the said typographical error alone has to be corrected.

6.Registry is directed to incorporate necessary corrections in the order passed in A.No.1579 of 2024 dated 18.09.2025, and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
