ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.08.2025, seeking issuance of patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He would submit that an online application has to be submitted by the petitioner to enable the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit a fresh online application. Page No.2 of 6
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh online application seeking issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court and a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the same on merits and in accordance law, within a time framed to be fixed by this Court.
6. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.
7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh online application with the respondents seeking issuance of patta in his name for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's application seeking issuance of patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter, after Page No.3 of 6
hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem fit to enquire.
8. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
