Respondent(s) PRAYER:This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditional order 3.. the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the victim girl, where she is residing, dt. 06.11.2025 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 20641/2025 in Crl.OP .No. 25746/2025 and thereby render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 20641/2025 in Crl.OP .No. 25746/2025, passed by this Court on 06.11.2025 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the victim girl, where she is residing.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 20641/2025 in Crl.OP .No. 25746/2025, passed by this Court on 06.11.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdictional limit of the victim girl, where she is residing.,

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
