This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31123 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of three months and shall co-operate for investigation.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has not properly complied with the condition; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.31123 of 2025, dated 13.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., from 29.12.2025 to 03.01.2026 and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
