JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the counsel on record is not present. A perusal of the earlier orders passed by this Court shows that already several adjournments have been granted in the present Second Appeal. The Second Appeal is of the year 2019 and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.

2. In view of the above, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
