ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 21 days in filing the appeal.

2. The appellant has filed the appeal, questioning the order dated 16.09.2025 in A.No.3882 of 2025 in C.S.No.424 of 2019. Notice had been directed in this petition and the learned counsel had entered appearance for the respondent.

3. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that the delay had occurred owning to inadvertence in collecting the certified copy of the order and thereafter, time was taken to take necessary steps to prepare the appeal and file the same.

4. Taking all factors into consideration, the delay of 21 days in filing the appeal stands condoned and C.M.P.No.32413 of 2025 in O.S.A.SR.No.204393 of 2025 stands ordered.
