ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to call for the Records pertaining to the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka 4729 / 2023 / A1 dated 29.01.2025 and consequential Form -1 Recovery notice dated 22.09.2025 and quash the same as illegal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the impugned notice has been set aside and that the respondents shall be initiating recovery proceedings after following the due process of law.
