ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Judge, Namakkal to dispose of the Interim Application filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in G.W.O.P.No.72 of 2024 seeking visitation

rights.

2. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that petitioner's side argument was already heard in I.A.No. 1 of 2024 as early as 03.03.2025. Thereafter, the matter has been adjourned for the respondent's side arguments periodically.

3. Taking into consideration the petitioner already submitted their arguments in March 2025, the Principal District Judge, Namakkal is directed to dispose of the IA.No.1 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With this direction, the civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
