ORDER
This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 2104 days in representing the above MP.SR.No.56549 of 2015 in S.A.SR.No.15878 of 2014.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, subject to costs.
4. The petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) to the contesting respondents, within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment, the delay of 2104 days in filling MP.SR.No.56549 of 2015 in S.A.SR.No.15878 of 2014, stands condoned.
