ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.11.2025 seeking to rectify the name of the petitioner's husband as Sundarraj instead of Thangaraj in the UDR patta for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.11.2025 Page No.2 of 4

seeking to rectify the name of the petitioner's husband as Sundarraj instead of Thangaraj in the UDR Patta issued to her for the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
