2. Notice had been directed and Ms.V.Ambika, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of Respondents 1 to 4.

In the affidavit filed, it had been contended that legal opinion had to be obtained for filing the appeal and in that process, there was a delay. 4.Taking all factors into consideration, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. 5.The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
