Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader seeks to withdraw this writ appeal and has made an endorsement in the court bundle. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

2. It is made clear that by virtue of the impugned order dated 19.11.2025 passed by the Writ Court, the petitioner shall be permitted to join in the present place, from where he has been transferred ie., at Uthangarai immediately and on joining in the said place, he can continue till 30.04.2026 and shall join in the transferred place ie., Madurai on 01.05.2026 as directed by the Writ Court through the impugned order.
