ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to incorporate the petitioner's name in patta Nos.791, 893, 423, 411 and 177

situated at Akrahara Vazhapadi, Sarkar Vazhapadi, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District in the revenue records based on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, his name was omitted in the revenue records in the aforesaid pattas erroneously. Since the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025 has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Till date counter has not been filed by the respondents in this writ petition.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. Necessarily, the petitioner through the supporting documents filed by her, will have to establish before the third respondent that her name was erroneously not included in patta Nos.791, 893, 423, 411 and 177.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2025, seeking to incorporate her name in patta Nos.791, 893, 423, 411 and 177 situated at Akrahara Vazhapadi, Sarkar Vazhapadi, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem District in the revenue records after hearing the objections of all the necessary parties including the parties in whose name presently patta Nos.791, 893, 423, 411 and 177 stands within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
