J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J) The appeal has been filed against the order passed in I.A.No.123/2017 in H.M.O.P.No.78 of 2016 for maintenance. After disposal of the above said application for maintenance, the main HMOP has been disposed of, by which both the parties have agreed to live together. Since the application itself has been disposed of, this appeal has become infructuous, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit. The learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the representation and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
