The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 and to initiate suitable proceedings against the respondents 3 to 5 in accordance with law.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent and that an enquiry is being conducted in Current Paper No.1023 and that no adverse order has been passed so far. 4.
In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to respondents 3 to 4, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
