This Court, by the judgment dated 20.02.2020, recorded a memo of compromise and the appellant agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.11,00,000/- on or before 27.08.2020.

2.On 18.07.2022, the appellant paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the respondent through Demand Draft and undertook to pay the balance sum of Rs.5,00,000/- on or before 01.08.2022 and another sum of Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 16.08.2022.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakhs only) bearing No."397659" dated 30.07.2022, drawn on the Indian Bank, to the respondent and the respondent received the same.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the judgment of this Court dated 20.02.2020, entire amount has been received by the respondent and no further order is necessary.

5.Recording the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed.
