JUDGMENT

Earlier, on 18.10.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant hence, this Court has passed an order recording that this matter was pending for admission and earlier, this Court vide order dated 22.08.2022, directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" and the matter was listed again after long time and the matter was adjourned on 21.10.2024 (today).

2. Even today (21.10.2024) also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondents is present. Considering that continuously the appellant has not appearing to contest the case and the matter is pending for admission, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
