ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of O.S.No.334 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif, Poonamallee.

2. The petitioner herein/plaintiff filed the above said suit for bare injunction against the respondents/defendants. A perusal of the adjudication papers filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties were already completed and the suit was posted for trial as early as in June 2024. Further perusal of the adjudication papers would indicate that PW1 was already examined in chief and the suit was posted for cross examination of PW1, as last chance on 13.08.2025. Thereafter, there is no substantial progress in the suit and the same is still in the stage of PW1 cross. 2/4

3. Taking into consideration that the suit is of the year 2023 and PW1 was already examined in chief, this court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif, Poonamallee to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible and to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.334 of 2023 at the earliest.

4. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
