Mr.M.Suresh Kumar, Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan Order On an earlier occasion, i.e. on 07.01.2026, this Court had directed the respondents to restore the pathway and ensure free access to the residents of the locality without any obstruction.

2. Pursuant to the directions of this Court, today, a Google Map photograph has been produced before this Court by the respondents, wherein it is seen that the trench has been completely filled up and the land has been brought to the level of the road. The said Google Map photograph is marked as P1. It is also seen that the land in question belonging to the petitioner and the villagers lies beyond the pillars, which have now been marked as Points X1 and X2. The said Google Map photograph is taken on file with the consent of both learned counsels.

3. The learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the respondents will not prevent the petitioner from accessing his land through the pillars marked as Points X1 and X2 in the Google Map photograph. 4.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
